This cocktail started as an experiment, but since has become one of the most popular and famous cocktail recipes from the Four Pillars Distillery. It is the perfect mix of sweet fruit with juniper goodness.
Ingredients
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin
- 60ml Barossa Shiraz
- 10ml Monin blueberry syrup
Method
Use a ProFlow™ pourer and ProMegJig™ to measure all ingredients into Urai Glass and shake with ice. Strain using BarRay™ into a double old-fashioned glass over ice. Stir well using ProTeardrop™.
Garnish
Garnish with skewered blueberries using the BarPick Ball.
